There are two types of complements in grammar:
Direct object → answers questions who? what?
Indirect object → answers questions whom? to what? for what?
Direct object pronouns: Mi, Ti, Lo (masculine), La (feminine) L' (+vowel), Ci, Vi, Li (masculine) Le (feminine).
Indirect object pronouns: Mi, Ti, Gli (masculine) Le (feminine) , Ci, Vi, Gli (masculine) Loro (feminine).
