First, you agree on a day and time with your teacher. Then the teacher schedules the lessons on the website.
After every Skype lesson with your teacher, you need to confirm the lesson on the coLanguage website. Please confirm all lessons in a timely manner because teachers are paid only after you confirm the lesson.
To reschedule or cancel lessons contact your teacher directly as early as possible.
You can cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled beginning time with no charge. Under certain circumstances, canceling a lesson later than 24 hours before it starts, you might be charged for the lesson.
No, your hours have no expiration date. You can use them anytime you want.
Yes, your teacher provides learning materials.
The materials are different and chosen in accordance with your needs. They could be scanned parts of books, online exercises, videos, music, web pages, news or screen sharing. Ask your teacher about learning material directly.

Once your teacher has accepted your lesson request, you buy lesson hours by clicking on the orange "Buy hours" button in your class.
You can buy 1, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours. The more hours you buy, the greater the discount you get.

Then you can find a teacher here and contact them directly by sending them a lesson request.
You should contact your teacher as soon as possible to reschedule.
Depending on the circumstances if you have not canceled the lesson up to 24 hours before its scheduled beginning time, you might be charged with the full amount of the lesson.
Our teachers are carefully selected and very reliable and they usually do not miss their classes.
However, in case of a missed class, we guarantee you will get your prepaid hours back.

Yes, if you cancel your lesson up to 24 hours in advance you get your prepaid hours back. Contact your teacher to schedule a new lesson.
In case you cancel your lesson within less than 24 hours, depending on the circumstances, you might get charged for the lesson
Yes, if you do not like your teacher or the quality of the learning process is not sufficient, we offer you a full money back guarantee for not taken lesson hours. Contact our support team to ask for a refund.
