Have a look at the following example: 

e.g. DEMONSTRATIVE PRONOUN: Esta falda es más bonita que ésa

       Esta

       Ésa

       Answer: Ésa (Esta is a demonstrative adjective)

 

DEMONSTRATIVE PRONOUN: Toma este caramelo y deja ése al niño. (Take this candy and leave that one to the child.)

POSSESSIVE PRONOUN: Mi coche es más rápido que el tuyo. (My car is faster than yours.)

SUBJECT PRONOUN: Él es mi marido. (He is my husband.)

INTERROGATIVE PRONOUN: ¿Cuándo encontraste al hombre que se ha casado con Paloma? (When did you meet the man who got married with Paloma?)

RELATIVE PRONOUN: El libro que está encima de la mesa es mi regalo para ti. (The book which is on the table is my present for you.)

PREPOSITIONAL PRONOUN: Éste es para él. (This one is for him.)

DOUBLE OBJECT PRONOUN: Ella se lo ha entregado a él. (She has handed it over to him.)

INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUN: Él me dijo que no se encontraba bien. (He told me that he was not feeling good.)

DIRECT OBJECT PRONOUN: Lo cociné yo anoche. (I cooked it last night.)

RELATIVE PRONOUN: ¿Qué está haciendo la mujer que está delante de la entrada? (What is the woman who is in front of the front door doing?)
