Remember:
- Affirmatives: Subject + past perfect of 'to be' (had been) + present participle (verb + suffix 'ing') + rest of the sentence
- Negatives: Subject + negative form of the past perfect of 'to be' (had not been) + present participle (verb + suffix 'ing') + rest of the sentence
