A Certified Advanced TEFL Teacher

My name is Phumelela I am currently studying Public Relations at the University of South Africa and I am doing my last year. In 2019 I received my advanced TEFL certificate and I was awarded a pass of 98%. In high school I used to tutor pure mathematics to my peers and at that moment was when I realised that I enjoyed teaching. In my classroom I have created a safe space for my learners to make mistakes with no shame, because it is in those mistakes that I may assist them better. My teaching method is more of a personal factor which include: games, visual aids, flashcards, videos and storybooks. We will also be focusing on pronunciation, conversational English, test preps and grammar. The idea is to get your conversational skills at a better level
