English teacher with ten years teaching experience in Italy. Speaks English and Italian. Hi, I'm Jason, I'm English and live in Central Italy... where I teach English to students of all levels, all ages and all abilities. English for school, for exams or tests, for work or for business. My methods are based on building your confidence to speak English, developing your listening skills so you can understand English and helping you understand the grammar rules of the English language. Why in this way? Because generally my students have the best results when they are able to speak in English as soon as possible. Then, once you can converse in English and understand simple conversation you can develop all your language skills very quickly. Of course, for some students, grammar and written English is a priority and I can help you develop these skills first if that is what you need. For others they need to learn specific vocabulary for their work, I have given courses in business, medicine and tourism that can be adapted for all types of work situations. I am teaching students from 3 to 70 years old and my lessons are adapted for every individual so they have the best opportunity to realize their goals. If you are interested then please contact me for a chat and a free trial lesson. Read more
I am a professional English tutor with online teaching experience. In my class, you won’t need to memorise long lists of vocabulary. Instead,... we will discuss interesting topics and practice language that you want to learn. With my artistic background, I can create creative and fun lessons suited to the student's learning goals. I like using colorful PowerPoint slides, flashcards and videos to demonstrate my learning points. I am a friendly, patient person, because I know that learning a new language can sometimes be very scary. My classroom is a safe, comfortable space that encourages mistakes, because this is the best way to learn. I am creative and use music/dancing where possible to re-energize my students. This makes learning the subjects you don't enjoy, fun, as we may sing songs that target grammar structures or vocabulary. Read more

Hello, my name is Corinne and I am a qualified ESL English teacher from England. I have been teaching in classrooms and online for over 3 years and I have many satisfied students.
My lessons are student-centred and usually take place on Skype. I treat every student as an individual and tailor my lessons to meet their goals. I use a variety of text books and free online resources including exercises, articles and videos. I usually give out a little homework at the end of each lesson to reinforce what we have done together.
In your first lesson, we will discuss your needs and check your current level. From this, we can decide what sort of lessons will suit you the best. Perhaps you struggle with grammar and sentence structure? Perhaps you need to practice English for a specific purpose, like understanding lectures, making phone calls at work, or travelling? Or perhaps you need a structured course so that you can learn English step by step?
Whatever you need, I’m here to help. I see it as my job to make you feel safe, build your confidence and make your lessons enjoyable. I look forward to hearing from you and to helping you on your path to speaking better English. Book your first lesson now and let’s get started.

Hello everyone and a big warm welcome to all the fellow language learners,
My name is Katerina, I’m a native Russian speaker and a foreign language teacher from St Petersburg, Russia. I’ve always been addicted to learning foreign languages, be it English, German, Spanish, Turkish or Arabic, so turning my passion into my job was just a matter of time. I have a Master’s degree in linguistics which taught me to understand the way the mechanism of a language works and thus to help my students see the logics behind the grammar rules. Being a constant language learner enables me to see the process from both sides and to predict the difficulties my students might face. The fact that I’m not a native speaker of English or German means I’ve been through exactly the same language-learning journey you’re about to take, and thanks to my personal experience as a student, I can make this road smooth for you.
I've had students of all ages, from pre-school kids to senior generation, and I feel comfortable working with both beginners and those who are eager to take their learning process to a new level. In my classes I encourage you to talk in the language we’re studying as much as possible, putting every single bit of knowledge into practice right away. If you’re a Russian-learner, I’d be glad to prove it to you that you can absolutely nail my mother-tongue - and yes, you’ll be able to make a small talk in Russian by the end of the first class even if you’re an absolute beginner! We’ll be focusing on the topics that are most relevant to your goals, while discovering the language and getting to know more about the culture of people who speak it.
I offer a short free trial class, for us to give each other a smile and discuss our teaching pattern, in order to ajust it to your goals and make our lessons the bee's knees :) See you soon!
It is a pleasure to work with Erkaterina. Her classes pass quickly because they are great fun, she is always on time, sends the material in advance, is always available for questions and corrects homework immediately. I can only recommend taking lessons from her. LG Barbara

Hi! My name is Elisabetta, I’m from Italy and I can provide professional Italian, Spanish and English language lessons for all levels. I am an open and friendly person, but also very rigorous with my job and I expect my students be the same, that is positive and committed. The language course I am offering will be tailored to your specific needs and we’ll together find the best way to reach your goal: learn a new language and enjoying while doing it!
Elisabetta is a teacher who manages to convey love for her work. It follows you on your path of growth and strongly supports you. He follows different teaching methods according to the needs and priorities of the moment. Punctual, precise and super helpful. That's what I was looking for! Thanks
Thank you very much dear, I send you a hug :)
As non-native parents it is certainly not easy to teach your children Dutch or to help with the fluency of the new language. Who wants some extra exercise for his children? I can help you with that. As their vocabulary becomes more and more extensive and their sentences become increasingly fluid, your children will get more and more self-confident. To speak well the Dutch language will surely benefit them now and later.
Do your children need some help with their homework, especially with their Dutch, then I can help with that.
Even as non-native-speaking adults, it is sometimes difficult to have enough exercise. That is why also adults who want to make progress in speaking the Dutch language are welcome here! We can practice the everyday language together.
I'm a Liesbet's student for almost a year now and I must say that I've been making progress each week since the first lesson. The teaching methodology and materiels are diversified enough to cover every aspects of learning a second language. I really appreciate to work with an organized teacher who gives well-prepared lessons. Thank you Liesbet.
My name is Anco Peeters,. I am born in The Netherlands and a native speaker of the Dutch language..
I started my career as a schoolteacher and as a gymnastic instructor.
Later I started working in the ICT sector. Now I am a freelance instructor and consultant who teaches mainly networking and telephony.
I am also an NLP Practitioner
My hobbies are: Yoga, traveling, fitness, walking, meeting people
I would love to teach the Dutch language in an informal way with the accent on learning to speak the language. Grammar is also important. We can talk about any topic. I would like to help you making progress and have a lot of experience in creating an individual plan for every student based on your needs
Would love to see you for a trial lesson
I started with Dutch language courses a few weeks ago. Anco has a good speaking and teaching style which keeps me interested during lessons. Lots of good learning material and exercises which make easier to understand and learn Dutch and to prepare for exam. Thanks Anco for the great lessons !
Thanks a lot for this feedback Aislu! With your perseverance you will definitely pass the exam.
I’m French, currently living in the Netherlands.
I lived in Paris for almost twenty years, and I know very well my country (and of course my language, French, my mother tongue). I taught French for two years in Spain, conversation class about culture essentially.
In Paris, I was Spanish teacher, I have the Agregation degree which is the highest degree for teaching in France, I'm bilingual. I've participated too in several editorial projects about Spanish teaching and DELE preparation.
I have a Spanish Studies Master and I'm currently doing a research about the Spanish and Sefardi Judaism.
I have a French as foreign language and a Religious Studies Masters too.
I enjoy sharing what I know. I’m a very eclectic person and curious about everything. To give you an idea, my interest (and sometimes hobbies) are: philosophy, spirituality and religions in general, meditation, psychology and psychoanalysis, history, geography, literature, writing (in particular creative writing, and I’m used to write everyday), art (painting, photography), sciences (vulgarisation level) and cultural matters in general. I travel a lot (as a backpacker), sometimes by foot, and the places I know well are France, the Netherlands, Italy and Serbia.
One of my qualities is my capacity of adaptation, I enjoy preparing documents to help the student to acquire autonomy, but I love speaking too, and it’s the best way to learn a language.
I'm waiting for your message, please when contact me, explain quickly who you are, why you want to study French and what you are looking for exactly.
See you soon.
It was very interesting to understand to what extent religion had an influence on France.
Catherine is very professional, I found the class very helpful and would fully recommend her as a teacher Thanks Catherine !

My name is Teresa (Teacher Tess), and I live in South Africa
I manage an afterschool care centre called “The Lighthouse”
I care for 3 – 6 year old's in the afternoons
Having taught children of various ages over the years before this, I have decided that this is my favourite age group. They are so loving and not afraid to show how they feel.
I love having fun playing games with them, doing crafts and telling stories.
I have built meaningful relationships with many of them. I look forward to seeing them each day as they run up to say hello and give me a big hug.
I also love to see their smiling faces at the end of the day when they go home because then I know I’ve done a good job in keeping them happy.
I have spent most of my career studying education and tutoring children.
I volunteered in High school with SMILE Education to teach English to African pupils.
I worked for a number of years tutoring maths for KUMON Education. I tutored maths privately.
I worked for a time teaching high school maths.
So I have worked with many many children over the years.

I have also recently completed a 168 hour TEFL qualification.
My style of teaching is one where I try to keep the students motivated, to be sensitive to their needs and most importantly to observe and listen to them carefully to make sure they understand.
Methods i use include:
TPR (Total Physical Response) - this is using a lot of body language and gestures to emphasize meaning.
Colourful Props - to keep the child's attention.
Reward systems - to motivate participation.
Games and songs - to make the lesson fun
I absolutely love what I do and would love to meet you and embark on this exciting journey through the English language with your treasured child.
Teresa was so polite, knowledgeable and well prepared. She made the lesson super fun for my son, and he learnt so much even though it was such a short time. Well done on recruiting such a gem!
It was such a pleasure giving a lesson to Ethan. I'm so glad it was thoroughly enjoyed.
Angelina is a fantastic teacher! She helps me out in revising my English papers with enthusiasm and patience! I recommend her.
Hi! I've been teaching English in Spain for the last 3 years and have lots of experience with Cambridge official exams (Pre A1- C1), conversation classes, help with General English and CLIL.
My teaching style is student-centered and tailored to your needs and goals. There's always plenty of talking time to practice any new grammar and vocabulary to focus on fluency and accuracy, as well as building confidence to naturally practice your new skills in conversation. The courses I create always revise previous learning points and integrate them with new material so that you don't just learn something once and never see it again.
I teach with a range of realia, textbook resources and online materials that have proven effective and engaging with my students in the past, but everything I use is adapted specifically for your areas of weakness and learning styles!
I find that Beth was so easy to talk. I m always nervous when I speak English but talking to Beth I am not nervous because she has this power to let me just speak. She won’t rush to finish even the time is almost up. Is good. Hoping to take her class more and more. Her accent is easy to hear too!
Thank you Achilles! I had a great time teaching you in your first class and it was great to see you already making so much progress and gaining confidence! I'm looking forward to seeing you in your next class!
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the decision to learn or improve a new language. Whether it is Estonian, English or Russian, beginner, advanced or Business language - you are in the right place.
My name is Martin and I am coming from a tiny country in the Northern Europe called Estonia. One of my biggest hobbies is teaching and educating others, that is why for the past 3 years I have been living and working in Istanbul while teaching English to different age groups: kindergarten, school, university as well as adults. I have had students from Beginners to Advanced as well as several businessmen and CEOs of international companies located in Istanbul. What is more, for the last 2 years I have been teaching Estonian, English and Russian online through Skype that gave me chance to meet people from all over the world and help them on their journey of learning foreign languages in a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
We are going to have a 20-30-minute trial lesson during which we can get to know each other, set expectations towards the lessons and schedule the timetable. The next step is simple - we start learning the language of your choice! As simple as it is :)
During the lessons we will focus on making you speak even with the limited vocabulary because speaking is the key to learning a new language quickly and in a fun way!
Cannot wait to receive your in-mail and help you on your journey to learn and speak a foreign language.
Oh my God! Every lesson with Martin is full of big news, about grammar and not only! Wooooooow! :-)
