Top 5 cities to work in Romania
Everyone dreams of living in a developed city, where one can find a well paid job and have fun at the same time. According to the National Institute of Statistics, the top 5 cities in Romania which are worth living in are Bucharest, Cluj-Napoaca, Timișoara, Constanța, and Brașov. The economic growth, the wages, the number of jobs, and especially the opportunities for leisure activities were the main criteria that made the difference between cities.
1. The leader is, of course, Bucharest. The capital exceeds the rest of Romanian cities through the average wage (which is two times higher than in other cities), the low unemployment rate, and due to the fact that it is a strong university center. Regarding leisure, trust me when I say that you cannot get bored in Bucharest! Here you can find important cultural institutions, big parks, a lot of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs where you can enjoy your free time.
2. The second Romanian city where anyone can feel good is Cluj-Napoca. The living standard is very high and it is an important cultural center. When it comes to IT experts, this city exceeds any other Romanian city.
3. The third place belongs to Timișoara. Due to its western location, this developed city attracts a lot of foreign inverstors. Timișoara it's famous not only for its high quality universties, but also for its beautiful plazas and parks. It is a young and vivid city, so you can always find something to do.
4. Constanța. The Black Sea plays a key role not only in the economy of Constanța but also in the living standard of the people. Constanța Harbor is the eastern gate of entry of goods in Europe and also the main financial engine of the area. The most developed sector of this city is, of course, the tourism.
5. Located in the center of the country, Brașov is both a historical city and a popular mountainous tourist destination. Here, you have everything you could want: clean air, grand mountains, beautiful medieval buildings and monuments, and the Romanian traditional hospitality.
