Everything may go wrong if from the beginning, your phone call shows that you are not a professional.
If you want to improve your skills regarding phone calls, you're in the right place. We will give you some useful recommendations that will definitely increase your chances to conclude a successful business.

Hide10 rules for effective business phone calls 
- Always express yourself in a short, concise, and a clear way.
- Start the conversation by introducing yourself. Order: the greeting, your name, and the company that you are representing.
- Continue with the purpose of the call.
- Ask question directed to the intended purpose. Remember: the one who asks leads the conversation. Note your questions before, so that you can't forget them.
- Beware of the submissive tone. Initiate the dialogue from the position of an equal partner.
- Note that the phone is a means of establishing personal relationships. So, when making a phone call, you are not adressing to the company, but to the person.
- The focus of the conversation should be on the interlocutor, not on you.
- The content of a phone call can be forgotten quickly. Make sure that you write down the important information right after you've hung up the phone.
- If you are called on the phone, always come prepared with paper and pen.
- It's highly recommended that you don't call on Monday morning or on Friday evening.
