My name is Jeanine Rinck. I was born and raised in Namibia. I grew up bilingually, speaking Afrikaans at home and English being the official... language of Namibia. In 1999 I started to work as a flight attendant. I enjoyed the international flights to Frankfurt and London. In 2009 I moved to Germany. I have been working as an English tutor for a year. This year I completed two TEFL courses, both focusing on academic English and one specializing in teaching English to children. I mainly teach children and young people at the beginner and intermediate levels, but can teach adults as well. In my class I focus on the fun of learning a new language, though it is important to teach the correct grammar from the beginning! I can easily adapt to the needs of every student and I always incorporate their interests. I make use of different resources, e.g. textbooks, workbooks and the internet. A big part of my teachings is to increase your self-confidence when speaking English. My methods and materials depend on the individual student's needs.
