German lessons tailored to YOUR needs - Learning with fun! Preparation (B2/C1) telc, Goethe , TestDaF. Prep. job applications
Since I learn languages myself and lived in Ireland for eight years I know about the difficulties that can arise when learning a foreign... language. Especially at the beginning it is difficult to structure the many pieces of the puzzle that are floating around in the head. I will help you to put these pieces of the puzzle together and to learn German step by step, so that you feel confident in using the language. Because only when you feel comfortable with it you start to speak a language and at some point live it! I adapt my teaching style to your needs and use a wide variety of didactics because learning languages should be fun! Since I love to explore foreign countries I have learned to be flexible and to adapt to different lifestyles. This is also reflected in my classes, so that you learn at your own pace and exactly what is important to you right now. My specialties are preparation for exams and job applications. I will gladly prepare you for TestDaF (B2/C1), telc (B2, C1, C2) or Goethe (B2, C1, C2) and we will practice a lot together. If you are looking for a job and need help with cover letters, resumes/CVs or advice for interviews, then I am your (wo)man! This is my specialty and with my help several students got their (dream)job. But remember, I can not do magic but only advise, motivate and practice, practice, practice with you and thus help you and stand by your side, the rest is on you. I also offer lessons before 07:00 (CEST), however, the calendar only allows availability from 07:00 . Contact me if you are interested! Don't be shy and book a free trial lesson with me! Tere! I am a language teacher with more than ten years of experience. I have worked as a lecturer of Estonian language and culture at the Ivan... Franko National University of Lviv in Ukraine, at the Tallinn University in Estonia and in numerous language schools. Currently, I am a freelance linguist based in Berlin and teach Estonian online. It is important for me to introduce a language as a simple logical system that is easy to understand and use. As a teacher, I structure my classes and deliver knowledge in a clear and engaging way, combining theory with practice. Besides my endeavours to make my classes useful, I aspire to make them entertaining and fun, so that my students have a great time in the lesson. By teaching students from a wide range of learning techniques, I always try to provide a personal approach to each student and adapt to their needs, so that they are able to continuously improve their grammar and vocabulary. Hi, I'm Dajana, I'm 31 years old and I come from Naples. I am graduated in Foreign Languages and Litteratures and I have a II Level Master... degree in Teaching Italian as Second Language. I have teached italian to foreign people, above all adults at any age, in several NGOs and social cooperatives in the last 4 years. How will I teach you italian? By playing! I know that studying a language by reading a grammar book and mechanically completing the attached exercises can be boring and above all does not train your mind. Learning instead should be a pleasure, so I like to use small funny videos, songs, puzzles and so on. I also prefer the inductive method so that you can understand how Italian works on your own and then fix the grammatical rules together. That way you’ll learn Italian without even realizing it! But all this depends on you and how you prefer to study. I will be very happy to adopt the method that suits your case. The most important thing is that you get your goals with pleasure! Don’t you think studying can be a pleasure? Join me and you’ll find out! Cheers, Dajana Read more

Ciao a tutti! My name is Laura and I am a freelance Italian teacher and translator based in Berlin. I come from Bari - a small town in... southern Italy - where I graduated in foreign languages and literature before coming to Berlin four years ago. As a linguist and lover of the Italian language, I immediately tried teaching Italian, and I can definitely say that it was a successful idea :) Me and my student we´ll deal with different kind of communicative situations and I´ll give them the opportunity to talk as much as he can in order to have the closest approach to the language. During my years of teaching I noticed how often some linguistic skills are trained more than others/are preferred over others, giving less space to first and closest linguistic experience that certainly occurs with the speaking. This is the reason why my teaching method wanted to experience a change of course, that focused exactly on the student´s ability of speaking till the final analyze of the conversation from a lexical and grammatical point of view. For the basic levels we start from the very first forms of conversation and speaking exercise, such as self presentation, describing an object or talking about one's hobbies or favourite book, with the grammar and vocabulary involved. Once the student acquires a primary familiarity with the language, I´d let the student keep training with more speaking exercises, first with communicative situations in which we come across daily like ordering something in a bar, asking for directions or organizing a weekend out ´til he/she´ll able to express his/her opinion and to have pure and free conversation on various topics, such as nature, technology, the academic and working world, telling about his/her travels or even on actual world news. On request I can even provide material on our funny dialectal forms, different from region to region :) I´d be happy to support you in this learning challenge. Hope to hear back from you soon! Sincerely, Laura Read more
