As a native speaker who carried out part of his training in Italy, I realized how little the ability to speak is used in the school system and how important it is. I therefore offer conversation lessons only in English (with the exception of some particular customer requests). Speaking and being corrected in real time also improves listening skills, increases vocabulary and makes grammar applicable.
