I prepare lessons for each student individually based on their specific needs for each language. For example: if you language need is... Business English, I prepare your lesson on what you need to do your work. If your language need is to practice your speaking skills, your lesson will be based on themes that you are interested in. If your language need is to learn English from scratch, we will discuss a program to get you started from the beginning to when you can speak English with confidence. I have over 7 years experience teaching adults and teenagers, both General and Business English (A2-C2). I bring my own experience of several... years as a manager in bookselling and degrees in Philosophy and Criminology. As a teacher I focus on the interests of my students. I find this the best way to get students to express themselves. This also makes learning more interesting. I always enjoy finding out the interests of others. Lessons can be conversational or grammar focussed. I use course books, online resources, authentic materials, videos, music, games, pictures, all depending on what students want and need.
