My name is Dieketseng Fako, based in South Africa. I studied a bachelor's in Economics and Risk Management. I studied Facilitation and assessor courses. I also completed 120 hours of Teaching Language as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate. I have been facilitating a class since 2014. I have had learners of between 12-40 years. However, it does not matter your current level, I'm sure I can help you develop your English grammar and pronunciation. I am a patient teacher. I enjoy reading, cooking, and I have recently taken up a new hobby- The gym. I love meeting new people and learning about their different cultures and countries. My teaching style is class engagement.
I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful. My strengths are disciplined, prepared, good with students, a good environment creator, and motivator. I want to understand your end goal: What is your reason for taking English classes, how far do you want to go with it to allow me to provide you with a personalized class experience. I am a friendly teacher because I want to make my learners feel that speaking English can empower them.
My teaching style is primarily focused on class engagement. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater to you and make the material fun and educational. I am a teacher that always wants to set out class rules and expectations at the beginning of each interaction. I will help you work on your grammar, pronunciation. Tell me what you what to learn and I will help you. Once I understand your goal, I will tailor your classes according to what works well for you. I will draw up a progress report and provide you with daily feedback. My classes are interactive and fun. Hope to see you soon.
