Hi there, This is Meritxell, a native speaker of these two beautiful languages called Catalan & Spanish. But what else can I say about my... mother tongues! Teaching Spanish has been my job for a while now after finding myself explaining very often how this language works and how Spaniards usually express themselves. That leaded me to study to be a Spanish teacher for foreigners. Nowadays I'm living in the Ghent after being in France for 8 years. There I learnt French and before that, other languages such as Finish as I lived in Finland for a year. I must add that I loved getting to know the culture through the language. Currently, I teach my two mother tongues, Spanish and Catalan, but also English to all levels, ages and even nationalities. I'm used to online classes as a teacher and also as a student and, in my opinion, tailor made lessons is what it makes the difference. It all depends on which are your goals and how do you learn better whether you want an old school kind of class with a book to follow and a structured way to learn or not. It's up to you!
