Hi, I'm Dajana, I'm 31 years old and I come from Naples. I am graduated in Foreign Languages and Litteratures and I have a II Level Master... degree in Teaching Italian as Second Language. I have teached italian to foreign people, above all adults at any age, in several NGOs and social cooperatives in the last 4 years. How will I teach you italian? By playing! I know that studying a language by reading a grammar book and mechanically completing the attached exercises can be boring and above all does not train your mind. Learning instead should be a pleasure, so I like to use small funny videos, songs, puzzles and so on. I also prefer the inductive method so that you can understand how Italian works on your own and then fix the grammatical rules together. That way you’ll learn Italian without even realizing it! But all this depends on you and how you prefer to study. I will be very happy to adopt the method that suits your case. The most important thing is that you get your goals with pleasure! Don’t you think studying can be a pleasure? Join me and you’ll find out! Cheers, Dajana Read more
Hi, I'm Francesca I have been teaching Italian to adults since 2010, individual and group lessons. I have a degree in English and French, and... I have a diploma of interpreter in German. In the summer I teach Italian in full immersion courses in Tuscany, where I live. I really enjoy helping people to learn more not only about Italian as a language but also the rich Italian culture. Usually I divide my lessons into three parts: a bit of grammar (which is unfortunately very useful...but I can teach you some tricks to learn without much effort!), a listening/reading comprehension part usually with videos, songs, docs about Italy and then ... we talk about Italy! I will provide all material, and I'll send them by email. Read more
I am a young teacher of modern foreign languages (Italian, English, and German). I hold a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures,... and a Post-Graduate Study in "Theory, Design and Didactics of Italian as a Second and/or Foreign Language. Both titles were achieved at the University of Palermo. My methodology developes starting from the learning needs of my learners after the first free lesson, then, if you choose to continue with me, I will design a learning path that perfectly fits with your learning needs. Generally speaking, the grammar is explained putting it into a real usage context, not starting from the rule and the exceptions. During my language courses there will be a consistent use of e-learning materials, such as videos, clips, audio files, word sheets, and so on. Read more

Hi, welcome to my profile! My name is Alessia and I currently live in Italy. I lived some years in America where I deepened my knowledge of... English and American dialects. I will help you in a simple way; conversation is really important to learn a language and even more a good method. No days spent on textbooks are needed, constancy and fun during lessons are the most important part for learning. You will see the results immediately! Very experienced teacher!
Hi there, my name is Roberta. I am an Italian native speaker, and a professional language teacher with a DITALS II certification from Siena... University. I live in Italy in a lovely little town called Monate near a small lake of the same name, just 40 minutes by car from Milan. The aim of the lessons will not be learning generic Italian but to learn Italian according to the needs of every student. Each lesson will be personalized and designed to match students’ interests, linguistic level and learning style.Every lesson will be planned around a text, which could either be a written piece, an audio segment or a video that will be used as a focal point for both communication and grammatical study. I will provide students with all of the teaching materials used in class that can later be used for homework and self – study, especially for developing writing skills. I have been working as an Italian teacher since 2016, offering both traditional and e-learning/online classes. I am specialized at teaching young people and adults who want to study Italian for a variety of different reasons: work, education, residency or simply for a love of Italy and its culture. Finally, as a result of my volunteer position as a documents advisor for immigrants, I can help students to prepare for the B1 level Italian language exam, which is necessary to apply for Italian citizenship.
