Hi,
My name is Luca Lavarino, I'm 27 and I live in a town not far from Turin. I have a bachelor's degree in Literature, obtained at the University of Eastern Piedmont with a thesis on linguistics on the Cyrillic alphabet, and a master's degree in Historical Sciences, obtained at the University of Turin with a thesis on economic history on Carlo Alberto di Savoy. I am currently doing the Universal Civil Service at the University of Turin, taking care of providing services to encourage the inclusion of students with disabilities and DSA. Always with the University, as a student I carried out part-time collaborations in which I carried out the accompaniment and appointment service to help disabled students. I have been a soccer referee for ten years now, and for five years I was the manager of the Piemonte Orientale University Sports Center, mainly managing the basketball section and also organizing numerous events, tournaments and events always based on the principle of equality and inclusion. My passions are in fact the study of the humanities, doing volunteer work for people and associations, and practicing team sports. I also love traveling, I have visited more than ten European countries, meeting new people and new cultures!
I decided to apply to be able to teach my mother language to foreigners because it fits with my previously mentioned studies, passions, experiences and skills. Furthermore, I would like to be able to make this new experience to grow further from a human and work point of view!
Kind Regards
