Hello everyone!
My name is Arsena and I am a 22 year old albanian girl.
My interests range from languages ​​to art, from music to literature and I am a very curious person!
Clearly one of my greatest passions is the English language and Italian language , of which I love the sound but also the cultural richness behind it.
I have been working as a private English, Italian teacher and tutor for 4 years now and I have had the opportunity to teach people with different levels and objectives. In particular, I have experience in teaching elementary school children and secondary students.
During my years of teaching I developed the awareness that the effectiveness of my method was based above all on two aspects:
- the personalization of the lessons,
- the choice of content and methods relevant to my students.
For this reason, if you decide to take a lesson with me, one of the first things I will do is ask you what are: 1. your goals (study, work, improvement in conversation, listening, writing, reading, grammar, etc ...),
2. your interests, hobbies and passions, so that you can integrate them into the lessons to make them more interesting and fun and allow you to learn new things not only about English but also about your areas of interest.
In addition to this I will always remain open to feedback from you in order to improve my lessons according to your personal needs. English , Italian - and languages ​​in general - is a communication tool and not a school subject.
This is the reason why - while also teaching grammar - I always try to find creative and unconventional teaching tools in order to make learning more effective. For example, conversation activities, watching videos, reading articles and anything that can put you in contact with the reality of the English language.
