I’m French, currently living in the Netherlands. I lived in Paris for almost twenty years, and I know very well my country (and of course... my language, French, my mother tongue). I taught French for two years in Spain, conversation class about culture essentially. In Paris, I was Spanish teacher, I have the Agregation degree which is the highest degree for teaching in France, I'm bilingual. I've participated too in several editorial projects about Spanish teaching and DELE preparation. I have a Spanish Studies Master and I'm currently doing a research about the Spanish and Sefardi Judaism. I have a French as foreign language and a Religious Studies Masters too. I enjoy sharing what I know. I’m a very eclectic person and curious about everything. To give you an idea, my interest (and sometimes hobbies) are: philosophy, spirituality and religions in general, meditation, psychology and psychoanalysis, history, geography, literature, writing (in particular creative writing, and I’m used to write everyday), art (painting, photography), sciences (vulgarisation level) and cultural matters in general. I travel a lot (as a backpacker), sometimes by foot, and the places I know well are France, the Netherlands, Italy and Serbia. One of my qualities is my capacity of adaptation, I enjoy preparing documents to help the student to acquire autonomy, but I love speaking too, and it’s the best way to learn a language. I'm waiting for your message, please when contact me, explain quickly who you are, why you want to study French and what you are looking for exactly. See you soon. Read more

I am a native Spanish speaker (Madrid), a researcher in classical letters for the Complutense University of Madrid since 1997 (Apto cum Laude... per Unanimità). I have worked for several banking companies, official bodies - Chamber of Deputies -, Lateran Pontifical University, Cassino, Telematic University Guglielmo Marconi ..., dealing with the teaching of Spanish in the different levels that any language has. I have taught specific terminologies, when it was required by the situation and the student's interests and objectives. I also developed a telematic teaching at the level of translation and conversation. The proposed lessons are personalized according to the needs of the student: corrective phonetics, basic or specific grammatical aspects, preparation for the different types and levels of exams for the knowledge of Spanish, conversation on different topics -scientific, legal, financiers, journalists, doctors, cinema, catering, press reviews ...- I have developed the telematic aspect across platforms and I still continued it as a collaborator with a law firm in Japan, which has relationships with Spanish-speaking clients. I am used to working on the computer and doing my lessons electronically. moreover, this collaboration frequently leads me to an interpreting or English-Spanish, Spanish-English translation job. Hi! My name is Adriana and I am an English and Spanish trainer. Teaching has been a significant part of my life and it chose me since I was 15... years old, when I received my first offers to teach English to my peers and later at a language school for businesspeople. I taught while I pursued my first degree in International Business, and later when I decided to pursue a second degree in American and German studies in Düsseldorf. I have taught in my native Colombia, Costa Rica, and now in Germany. Now, I specialize in general business English and have extensive experience teaching for companies in Germany, where I reside. I have also taught Spanish for beginners who wanted to travel around Latin America and Spain, whether on business or for pleasure. I can also offer general English and Spanish. I am a firm believer in learning by doing. My focus is on delivering the lessons in the target language exclusively so that the student begins to internalize the language from the start by using it and building the habit of thinking in the target language. My lessons focus on communicative goals as opposed to grammar or vocabulary: at the end of the session, the student will be able to DO something effectively in the target language. I provide the vocabulary and structures needed to reach the goal while creating a context and a personalized activity that is relevant and relatable for my student. I customize my sessions based on my students needs and goals and work with my own material and/or the material that the student prefers. Interested? Then request a trial session and see if we click! Hi! I discovered my passion for teaching English 18 years ago – since then, I have been teaching students of different levels and ages in... different countries. I live in Miami Beach in Florida, but since I helped my students prepare for the Cambridge exams, I know the differences between British and American English. The majority of my students had difficulties feeling comfortable speaking a foreign language, therefore I focus on conversation during my classes; of course I will be happy to adjust if you prefer to concentrate on any other aspect of the language. I prefer speaking the foreign language all the time during the class, but since I speak a few other languages, I can explain a certain topic in your mother tongue, if you like. I learnt a few foreign languages myself, so I know what it is like trying to learn or improve your language skills; I learnt the most when I enjoyed the classes, therefore I want you to ENJOY my classes!
