In this chapter you will learn how to order food and drinks in a restaurant. After this lesson you can go to any Estonian restaurant and you will be able to read the menu, order the food and ask for the bill from the waitress!

Ordering food in Estonian
These are the phrases that you will probably hear from the waiter:
|Have you decided already?||Kas te olete juba otsustanud?|
|Are you ready to order?||Kas te olete valmis tellima?|
|What would you like?||Mida te soovite?|
|What would you like to drink?||Mida te juua soovite?|
|Would you like to have a dessert?||Kas te soovite magustoitu?|
|I recommend (you to order) ...||Ma soovitan (teil tellida) ...|
|Will you pay together or separately?||Kas te maksate koos või eraldi?|
And here are the phrases that you will need to use yourself:

Waiter: Olge lahke. --- Here you are.
Waiter: Kas te olete valmis? --- Are you ready?
Leila: Ei, veel mitte. Mis on päevapakkumine? --- No, not yet. What's the daily special?
Waiter: Seapraad koos aurutatud köögiviljadega. --- Roast pork with steamed vegetables.
Leila: Kui palju see maksab? --- How much does it cost?
Waiter: See on 8 eurot. --- It's 8 €.
Leila: Olgu, ma võtan selle. Ja mis teil magustoiduks on? --- Okay, I will take this. And what do you have for dessert?
Waiter: Meil on kooki, puuvilju ja jäätist. Ma soovitan võtta juustukoogi jäätisega. --- We have cake, fruits and ice cream. I suggest you to take cheesecake with ice cream.
Leila: Hästi. --- All right.
Leila: See oli väga maitsev! Kas ma saaksin arve? --- It was very tasty! Can I get a bill?
Waiter: Rõõm kuulda. Muidugi. Kas maksate kaardiga või sulas? --- I'm glad to hear that! Ofcourse. Will you pay by card or in cash?
Leila: Sulas. --- In cash.
Waiter: Aitäh! Järgmise korrani. --- Thank you! See you next time!
