Hello, My name is Tiska. I am a French Teacher with experiences with adults and teenagers in Public Education (USA) and Language Schools. I am... holding a Master Degree in FLE (Teaching French as a Foreign Language). Join a small group of learners of 2 or 3 for conversation lessons with me. An article or video to watch before the lesson and a conversation with personalized corrections during the lesson. This option saves you at least 10 euros per lesson on Colanguage. Group opening: Monday and/or Wednesday from 17:30 to 18:30 (French time). Level: intermediate (B1) Also, standard French lessons - level A2 (low intermediate) - 2 hours a week - ask for schedule Don’t know your level? Ask for a free level test. I give Skype lessons to people who need or want to improve their French language. I like to use material from the internet (videos, article etc.) to introduce a theme which leads to a lesson and a conversation. I like to create engaging learning with my students. I will give as homework a document to watch or to read with comprehension exercises so the time we have on skype is only speaking practice and explanation if needed. I can help you prepare DELF-DALF Exams or work on specific needs (as professional French). Really like to speak about all the subjects with the student especially those the student like so it gives the motivation to speak in the foreign language. The free first lesson is organize to know your tastes, your level and your needs so we can plan the next lessons about the objectives you fixed. Read more
Very experienced teacher!
I worked for 15 years as an educational coordinator and trainer in French with public FLE on one hand: nurses of private hospitals... of the city, professional rugby players of the local team, engineers of Airbus Germany in Toulouse, with an Austrian manager of a regional factory ...But in parallel to this public, I accompanied in their social and professional integration people in situation of analphabetism or illiterates.I am an examiner for the TCF (Test of level)I also prepared learners for DELF and for DALF C1.My first course, free of charge, allows to get acquainted, the learner expresses its needs there, its availability and objectives and a schedule is established. A level equal to A2 is required (it means to be able to present oneself, to present its family, to speak about the own country, to expose projects....). I don't teach complete beginners. European Languages Framework: A2 level " Can interact with reasonable ease in structured situations and short conversations, provided the other person helps if necessary. Can manage simple, routine exchanges without undue effort; can ask and answer questions and exchange ideas and information on familiar topics in predictable everyday situations. A2 Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters to do with work and free time. Can handle very short social exchanges but is rarely able to understand enough to keep conversation going of his/her own accord." Read more

Hello I'm Davit I've been teaching French language and literature since 2016 to students from diverse backgrounds, ages, cultures and levels. I... have a Master's Degree in FLE (French as a foreign language). I offer instant or informal tutoring based on speaking, exam preparation, job interview or immigration preparatory lessons. I can provide you with a fast learning program adapted to your goals.I have successfully guided my private students toward fluency from beginning levels to advanced. I do my best to make my lessons as fun and interactive as possible :) The most important for me is that my students can gain confidence in their speaking skills. Organization of the class: - Learning goals will be explained:what is the student going to be able to do at the end of the lesson? - Introduction to identify the topic of the lesson. (we can use videos, short dialogues, pictures...) - Study of the new vocabulary, grammar patterns + exercises. We can do speaking activities and/or writing activities. - At the end of the class, we will review together the weak/strong points of the student and what he should do to improve his speaking skills. - The 4 language skills will be used during my class: listening, speaking, writing and reading. We can focus on one of the 4 skills if necessary. This is an active learning class tailored to the needs of the student. Read more
I have been a teacher for more than 20 years. I am French and I studied English in France but also in England. I live in Indonesia. I am really... into adaptive teaching and innovative teaching methods using different new technologies and different skills. I create my own material and my purpose as a teacher is to adapt to my students and keep them motivated and eager to learn. I always choose subjects related to my students' background and environment, always in context and using as many authentic documents as I can. My teaching really goes beyond mere language learning but provides openness to different cultures (French but also English, American and Australian) English and French are real passions for me and I love comparing and studying both languages through my readings and different language contacts. Teaching a language is loving it and understanding it perfectly. My advantage is to know both English and French and to be able to explain to non-French or non-English speakers how things work, make relevant comparisons when possible. French is my mother tongue but I studied English thoroughly and lived in the UK. Now I am a teacher in an International school in Indonesia. I have been living here for nearly 5 years and I enjoy the opportunity to teach students from different backgrounds and different origins. Getting back to my experience as a teacher, I would say my career has been so far characterised by diversity : diversity of schools, of year levels, of interests (from adults at the university to primary school children or again, disadvantaged students who did not really see the point in learning English while living in France, or again eager and learned students who aimed at entering prestigious universities). Throughout these experiences, I have learned how to evolve in my practices, to adapt to my students and their interests and to challenge my students in a very comprehensive and tolerant way. Read more
