Let me help you improve your English. I am a native English speaker with a Master's degree in English, a Bachelor of Science degree and a CELTA... teaching qualification. I have taught for three years. As a copy-editor, I have been helping people improve their written English for over ten years. I will help you get you ready for English language proficiency exams (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS.) We CAN meet free of charge (just book a FREE CHAT) to discuss your learning needs/my teaching methods. However, I do not offer free lessons. It is useful if you take a quick online test to establish a starting point: https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/test-your-english/general-english/ Please let me know the results. If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. NB If you are writing a test like IELTS or TOEFL 'in a month or two' and you need to obtain a minimum score to enter a university, remember that according to education bodies like British Council and Cambridge English, it takes an average of 120-130 lesson hours to move from one level or band to the next. So with 'one or two' months, you need to already be at B2 or Upper Intermediate level to start preparing. Read more
I am a teacher of Italian to Speakers of Other Languages with many years of experience in teaching in public and private schools. I have taught... Italian to speakers of other languages in schools, in migratory contexts and in vocational training at all levels (from pre A1 to C2 ). I have gained experience as a teacher with Arabic-speaking, Slavic-speaking, German-speaking, French-speaking, Spanish-speaking, Sinophone, Lusophone and Anglophone students, and have taught literacy courses for asylum seekers and refugees. I did a training internship as a lecturer in Italian at the Department of Romance at the University of Salzburg. I completed my training by teaching Italian to learners with special educational needs. Moreover, I am a CILS, CELI and PLIDA examiner for the speaking part. I also speak German, English and French and I successfully completed my Celta in October 2020. My lessons focus mainly on two aspects: oral and written production and the study of grammar, with particular attention to phonetic and phonology. My lessons are aimed at satisfying the needs of the learner and are prepared according to the needs of each one. Read more

Very experienced teacher!
After living and working in the UK and Germany for many years, I moved to Spain. Certified in London, I taught for language schools in Frankfurt... and worked freelance in Spain teaching all levels. I try to get my students to talk as much as possible because in my experience there is often so much emphasis on learning all language rules that being able to communicate disappears into the background. Depending on the student´s goal, I adjust my classes so that we can achieve that goal as much as possible! Read more
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and taught until my kids were born. I then became a part time and later a professional photographer... running my own business, but always kept teaching by giving Photography classes and tutoring students in between. In 2018 I joined BNI (business Network International) where I was the educational co-ordinator for my chapter, responsible for the topics and presentations each week. In 2020 I completed my 160 Hour Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and 40HRTEFL Advanced Certificate in Teaching English to Young Learners (TEYL) My passion is definitely teaching. I do that with all my heart and strength. I will give 100% in my classes making it fun and interesting. If my students are willing to put in the same effort – I guarantee that they will be more fluent in English than before! I see myself as: Eager to learn: I seize opportunities and embrace to new challenges. People-oriented: I believe that every person has various positive qualities, some of which just require a bit of encouragement. Positive outlook: I see myself as a problem-solver with a genial and positive nature, who enjoys working in a team and motivating people. It will be my privilege to be your online teacher! Read more
My name is Lana and I have been teaching English language since 2006 and Italian language since 2002. I have had a lot of students from Bologna... and the other parts of Italy, the US and ex Yugoslavia, taught in 3 schools in Bologna, British school included (references available on demand). I have always been passionate about languages. My view is that every language is important; the rarer the language is, the more unique your knowledge is. I use all of my knowledge and experience to teach English, Italian and Croatian because the style, rhythm and sounds of one language can improve teaching the other ones. So let's see it from another point of view! Forza! Koliko jezika znas, toliko vrijediš! Read more
Hello! My name is Zoë, I was born in the Netherlands, and lived there until I was 18. Since then I've lived in several different places, such... as Australia and the UK. I currently live in South Africa. I am a qualified English teacher and have been teaching both online and offline for a while. I encourage students to get to know the language as much as possible through conversations. That way, you don't only learn new material that I present during each lesson, but you also learn to use that in your day-to-day conversations. I give homework in which the material is repeated, and we then discuss it and use it during our next lesson before moving on to new things. As we get to know each other during the lessons, we can talk about things that interest you, and we can focus on areas that you struggle with, or areas you want to focus. Learning or improving a new language is fun and by learning to speak English you can travel the whole world! I should know! From studying abroad to learning English or South African slang, we're going to have a good time. Send me a message if you're interested, and we can chat about your goals. Let me know! Read more

Hi, I'm Amrit :) I am a certified native English language teacher from London, the UK. I have been teaching English for 18 years to students... worldwide. I have a CELTA, Master's and Bachelor's degree. I am specialized in academic English for standard tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, FCE and Trinity exams. I am also specialized in Business English for presentations, meetings, negotiations and communication skills. Finally, I really enjoy giving general conversation lessons, improving vocabulary, accuracy, fluency and confidence. I am also open to other requests. My lessons are communicative, engaging, motivating and fun. All lessons are designed so that students can meet their objectives. It is important for me that students practice speaking as much as possible. Lessons are focused around a task, based on the lesson aim. Lessons require maximum participation by students. A final review at the end of the lesson will cover main errors and pronunciation corrections. For standard tests I use materials from the official exam association. For Business English I use a mix of authentic business materials (video clips, articles) and business language materials from quality sources such as Cambridge, Oxford and the British Council. For general conversation I use authentic materials (video clips, articles) and general English materials from quality sources such as Cambridge, Oxford and the British Council.
