My name is Laia, and I am an infant and primary school teacher, specialized in additional languages. This year I have finished my second degree... in Early Childhood Education. Previously, I had completed my degree in Primary Education in English. This last year I have combined my studies with a job in the reception classroom of a school. My main aim was to teach newly arrived pupils the official languages of my country and helping them to adapt to their new environment. Hello, my name is Anna, I’m 31 years old and I’m from Girona, a town in the region of Catalunya, in the north-east of Spain, 100 km north... from Barcelona, so I grew up speaking two languages Spanish and Catalan. I love people and nature, so I studied environmental education and my professional experience it has always been relationated with people and teaching. I'm also aerial silks instructor and I love reading and listening music. In 2018 I spent a year in Ireland where I worked with kids. There, I discovered spanish classes! This year I started the degree of Catalan Philology and I love it! What I enjoy most about teaching online is that I can meet people from around the world and exchange experiences and knowledge. I’m also studying to improve my English, so I know how hard it can be to learn a new language. That’s why I think it’s very important to make learners feel comfortable in class.
