Hello, I am Daniela, I can help you learn Bulgarian. I am originally from Sofia, Bulgaria. I have a passion for languages; I speak fluent English and Spanish, Czech and Slovenian. I helped quite a few foreigners now living in Bulgarian to get more conversational and confident speaking Bulgarian. Of course, I teach Bulgarian to students living outside of Bulgaria who are motivated to learn our beautiful language. I am always interested to understand your motivation why learn Bulgarian and adapt fully to the needs and likes of each student. My teaching style is very interactive, I teach through real-life situations and role plays, so my students start speaking from the first lesson. Of course, we go through a grammar review, in order to help the student build a steady grammar base and build upon it. I make my lessons fun and enjoyable for every student, as I believe it is very important for the student to enjoy learning, to be looking forward to the next class. Many times we discuss culture, traditions, history and all kinds of topics that the student implies and takes a vivid interest in, and in this way, progress comes much faster.

I am a BA in Education graduate, with vast experience in primary, secondary and higher education levels, as well as in other activities related to education. I believe I have a diverse background which makes me a very adaptable teacher and with a lot to offer.
Most of my experience is in high school ,in adult education and university students. I have been able to develop a good relationship with my students, which has translated to better communication and an altogether more rounded experience for them and myself. My lesson planning has always aimed to reflect my students’ needs and interest applied into useful communicative language structures that they can actually use in their lives.
In my last years as a teacher, I have focused on preparing test-takers for the TOEFL. It has been a completely different experience from what I have had before, but I have helped my students accomplish the desired scores in the proposed time.
I believe in making the learning of a new language something exciting and not frightening at all, but challenging and gratifying instead. My material is dynamic and keeps my students engaged and continuesly developing their communiation skills.

my name is Veronika and I am a student in Florence at the academy of fine arts. I have been in Italy for three years and I really like the Italian language. In school i learned english and during journeys i used to speak a lot of english so i'm also able to teach in english.
I am from Germany so I am a German native speaker. I have already taught German to some of my friends and would love to teach my language to more people as well. At the beginning I would like to do grammar lessons and the most used words to deepen the basic knowledge of the language. Then I will continue to have conversations in German to increase vocabulary and to give confidence in dialogue and in any case in speaking the language in real scenarios. The most important thing by learning a new language is to learn it through hearing and speaking. Being difficult at first to formulate sentences will then become easier and easier and thus you arrive at a fluent and confident way to speak the new language.
For myself I learned Italian three years ago with this method so I also know what it is like to learn a language and I can help you with my teaching to learn German that way.

My name is Ognjen and I am a certified TEFL and CTEYL teacher with a
bachelor's degree in Economics and Tourism, from Novi Sad, Serbia. Before
my career change, I've worked in the hospitality and tourism industry, all
over Europe, and because of that I had to learn different languages, so I
know how students feel on the other side. I've been working on different

It took me a long time to find my real passion in my (work) life. After studying in two universities, graduating in two bachelors, travelling the world and working abroad for several years I realized public education is where my heart lies. I went for the third time back to the university to get my teachers degree.

I have been a classroom teacher for 5 years in Dutch primary schools before I moved 4,5 years ago abroad to Colombia where I became specifically an English teacher. I am specialized in teaching in pre-, elementary, middle (secondary) and high school. I have been teaching in all different grades and all primary subjects in English and got specialised in Teaching English as a second language. Most schools where I have been working were inspired by the philosophy of 'Vygotsky'. 
A philosophy and methodology I also use in my private classes. Therefore they are dynamic and adapted to your personal needs.

Working in the Netherlands and Colombia in education and in several countries worldwide have allowed me to gain a variety of skill sets. These experiences also have provided me with the tools necessary for working abroad and online including adaptability, patience, dedication to my peer’s success, and respect for cultural and societal norms. Learning English as a second language from someone that is trained to teach the language like this and also once has learned the language herself as a second language (as my native language is Dutch), gives me a lot of benefits in comparison of learning the language from a native speaker.
